Water for livelihood improvement of pastoralist community
This project is under implementation in Afar, Ayssaita district since September 2013 to benefit 80 households (over 400 direct beneficiaries). Using Awash River as entry point the project seeks to diversify the livelihood strategies of the pastoralist community. The intervention is designed in such a way to improve the food security status of the target households.
