Through the Equal Education project, targeted girl students in grades 9_12 are actively and continously benefiting the use of the school library and online educational resources with the support focal teachers.
In addition, high performing classmates from different subjects, including boys & other fellow students are providing peer support to help them understand lessons more effectively.
Our girls are very happy with the new books provided by DEC, as these materials are motivating them to read more, improve their knowledge, & strengthen their academic performance.
This collaborative learning approach is improving students’ results, encouraging teamwork, & building confidence among the girls.
It is also helping them develop the habit of using available learning resources for better preparation in exams, assessments, and daily classroom activities.
